Product Groups and Sets

While some wineries may have a handful of products, larger wineries may offer a wide variety of merchandise. Effectively categorizing your products can make for easier navigation, better organization, and even higher sales.

Adding a POS Category

When ringing customers through in a tasting room or front desk, it’s mandatory that any staff can easily find the products being purchased.

  1. From the Admin Panel, click Store > Products > POS Categories. Click the +.
  2. Enter a name and select which POS profiles will be able to view the category.
  3. Use Manage Products to add products to the group.
  4. Click Save.

Adding a Product Group

If you have a group of featured wines or seasonal merchandise, Product Groups are the easiest way to display them on your website.

  1. From the Admin Panel, click Store > Products > Product Groups. Click the +.
  2. Add a name, choose a layout, and enter a description for the group.
  3. Use Manage Products to add products to the group.
  4. Click Save.

Adding a Product Set

If you’re bundling different products together for a special offer, Product Sets create a single listing that includes multiple products as a packaged item.

  1. From the Admin Panel, click Store > Products > Product Sets. Click the +.
  2. Add a title for the set, and choose how many products to include.
  3. For each item, add a name and use Options to select a product.
  4. Click Save.
