For the ShipCompliant integration to be successfully activated within the main WineDirect account, a Webservice User has to be created and used to login through the integration page.
Creating a Webservice User
The Webservice user must be added within the ShipCompliant interface. The steps to do so are:
- Click My Account from the ShipCompliant HomePage to create a Webservices user.
- Click Manage Users.
- From the Manage Users page, click the Add User button on the right.
- Add/Create the 'Web Service User' (See Image Below).
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Password *Password must be no longer than 12 characters. *
- Role Type *Web Service User*
- Associate *Partner: *WineDirect WTN*
