# Adding a Webservice User in ShipCompliant

## Creating a Webservice User

The Webservice user must be added within the ShipCompliant interface. The steps to do so are:

1. Click **My Account** from the ShipCompliant HomePage to create a Webservices user.

2. Click **Manage Users.**

3. From the **Manage Users** page, click the **Add User** button on the right.

4. Add/Create the 'Web Service User' (See Image Below).

- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Password ***Password must be no longer than 12 characters. ***
- Role Type ***Web Service User***
- Associate *Partner: *******WineDirect WTN***
