# Email Order Confirmations

The Email Order Confirmations function is a feature that allows you to email order confirmations to one or more customers by using the mass order Actions tool. The Order Confirmation System Email will be sent to the selected customer(s).

#### FOLLOW THE STEPS TO SEND EMAIL ORDER CONFIRMATIONS:

1. In the Admin Panel, navigate to **Store > Orders**.

2. Use the left-hand search parameters to find the order(s) you wish to work with.

3. Check one or more boxes in the order listing for the **Actions** drop-down menu to appear.

4. Select **Email Order Confirmations**.

5. In the Email Order Confirmations pop-up window, you will be shown a listing of all the order number(s) and their corresponding customer names to which you have selected to email order confirmations.

6. Click **Send Email** to email the order confirmations to the customers listed.

 The Order Confirmation System Email will be the email that is sent to customers when using the Email Order Confirmations tool. Please read the System Emails documentation to learn more about System Emails and how to edit/view them.
