# Sales Summary By Associate

This report lets you view your sales based on which Sales Associate was assigned to order(s). The report lists the Sales Associate's name, order details, and tip totals within a particular date range.

Running The Report

1. Go to **Reports > Sales > Sales Summary by Associate.**

2. Enter the name(s) of the relevant Sales Associates.

3. Adjust the dates, or click **Manage Filters** and **Manage Reports Columns** to customize your report.[](https://documentation.vin65.com/Reports-Beta#filters)

4. Click **Export** to queue your report for download. It will be emailed to you when ready. You can also **Save As** or click **Actions > Schedule** to schedule your report to generate regularly.

Reports are exported in a CSV format.

#### Here are the definitions of what will populate in your Sales Summary By Associate report:

| Website | The website the purchase originated from. |
| --- | --- |
| Sales Associate | The name of the sales associate. |
| Order Count | The total amount of orders processed by the sales associate |
| Sub Total | The total subtotals of orders the associate sales processes before taxes and shipping/handling. |
| Deposit | The total of deposits of orders processed by the sales associate. (**Canadian customers only) |
| Shipping | The total amount of shipping of orders processed by the sales associate. |
| Handling | The total amount of handling of orders processed by the sales associate. |
| Taxes | The total amount of tax on orders processed by the sales associate. |
| Total | Total of sale(s) including tax, shipping/handling of orders processed by the sales associate. |
| Tip | Total tip amount of all orders processed by the sales associate. |
| TotalAfterTip | The total amount after tips has been included in all orders the sales associate processed. |
