Here are some differences between offerings:

Free Service

• Hold at Location - FedEx locations, Walgreens or select Dollar General and grocery stores.
• Vacation Hold - 2-week hold, tops, before delivery attempts resume
• Get tracking notifications - Always be in the know of where in transit the package is at

Premium Service

• Schedule delivery time
• Delivery to another location
• Delivery on another day
