Account Settings

The account settings within the Portal Account page under Administration allows the user to view and if necessary, make changes to their User Name, Email, First Name and Last Name.

Once preferred changes are made, the user will need to click Update for changes to take effect upon next login.


Preferences

This section allows the user to choose between Dark or Light mode to select the color theme of their viewing experience as well as the ability to enable a popup help icon.  When enabled, this icon will serve as a virtual support agent and provide articles and information on specific topics when triggered.


Customer Access / Supplier Access

Here, the user can view which Customer or Winery they have access to.  This list will also provide a hotkey titled Orders that when clicked, will take the user to order information for that specific Customer Name.  This list should only produce one Client Name, unless the user is associated with other brands.  Within Supplier Access, this tab will populate the same Customer Name, including a Product dropdown.  When clicked, the Listing next to the customer Name will direct the user to the Listing of Owned Products page.
