SPCL (Special) Order

SPCL/Special Order Type: 
These are typically one-off orders, or occasionally a small batch of perhaps 10-20 orders that require extra attention during the packing process. Examples can be: including a hand-written card within a specific order, pre-printed cards that may or may not have a specific recipient's name on them, our operations team has to pick the specific GSET SKU with bottle numbers 1-3, etc. These orders are not auto-released to fulfillment and require some level of advance notice to their Account Coordinator and/or their Account Manager to ensure everything is in place and Operations is clear on what they need to do to execute correctly on their end. 

When to Use:
Order has specific handling instructions (tissue wrap specific colors, sticker placement, gift note matching, etc.)

How to Submit Orders:

• If WD Ecomm user, they can set up specific SKUs to trigger SPCL order type 
• Can flip orders once in the FF Portal if still in processing status

Order Shipping Timeline:

Standard order SLA applies for one-off orders. For SOND, the below outlined is applicable: 

• For batches 25 orders or less, please expect a 24 hour turnaround time.
