08/07/23 - 08/18/23 Update Log

This biweekly update is a chance to review, at a glance, what has become available to you as a Winery User and any changes in the functionality of the All-New WineDirect.

Wine Clubs

Membership Functionality - Billing and shipping addresses can now individually be changed within a customer's Wine Club Membership. These available addresses are pulled from available addresses saved in a customer profile. Learn More

Release Functionality - Wine Club Members can modify release orders. A switch under Release Details can now be toggled. Learn More
IMPORTANT NOTE: Members will remain constrained to the Minimum/Maximum quantity rules set for total order quantity and individual product quantity.

Ecommerce

Settings Functionality - If the domain name is updated in Ecommerce Settings, the new domain name will appear when Preview is clicked at the top of the main WineDirect page. Clicking Preview will open the website with the new domain. 

Point of Sale

Application Functionality - The application will automatically look for updates when logged into. Updates will not be installed until the application is logged out of. 

Application Functionality - a new Update button is available in the settings section of the application. Clicking this will force an update.

Point of Sale Profiles Functionality - Point of Sale Profiles can now be switched within the application if multiple. Learn More

Payment Functionality - A credit card can be saved to a customer's profile at checkout if a customer profile has previously been created.

Application UI Update - Order Type now appears next to the customer's name at the top of the shopping cart within the application.

Application UI Update - The application version is now visible at the bottom of the settings page.
