This biweekly update is a chance to review, at a glance, what has become available to you as a Winery User and any changes in the functionality of the All-New WineDirect.

Wine Club

Memberships Functionality - If more than one credit card is saved to a customer's wallet, a user can select which credit card to assign to the club membership. 

Order Functionality - Within a draft membership order details page, a credit card can be changed before processing if more than one credit card is saved to the customer's wallet.

Point of Sale

Application Software Update - A major update was made to the application. This update must be done via the Apple App Store.

Credit Card Tokenization - A credit card can be added and saved to a customer's wallet in their Point of Sale profile via card swipe or manual entry.

Credit Card Tokenization - A credit card can be added and saved to a customer's wallet during a Wine Club sign-up via card swipe or manual entry.

Wine Club Sign-UpFunctionality - If a customer has been added to an order and then starts a Wine Club sign-up process, their saved information will be auto-filled (i.e., name, billing address, shipping address)

Wine Club Sign-UpFunctionality - A credit card is now required when signing a customer up for a Wine Club membership.

PaymentsFunctionality- Credit cards saved to a customer's wallet can be used at checkout to pay for an order.

Wine Club Membership UI Update - Wine club membership details can be viewed from a customer's profile within the app. They cannot be edited at this time.

Platform

Reports Functionality - Shipping and order reports are available to view and customize

Reports UI Update - Shipping and order reports are selected via a bar across the top of the reports page
