This biweekly update is a chance to review, at a glance, what has become available as a WineDirect user and any changes in the functionality of the All-New WineDirect.

Order Management

Email Functionality - Customers can be directly emailed by clicking the ellipses (...) of an orders row on the Orders page of WineDirect. The email must be a templated marketing email created in the SendGrid integration.

Email Functionality - Emails can be sent to customers in bulk via the WineDirect Orders page by, Selecting multiple orders > Bulk actions > Email customers.The email must be a templated marketing email created in the SendGrid integration.

Shipment Settings Functionality - When viewing specific order details, the Shipments panel will have clickable ellipses (...) at the far right. Selecting this will allow for editing shipment settings for Pickup or Delivery orders.

Analytics

Order Reports Functionality - More filters have been added to customize order reports.

Wine Clubs

Storefront Visibility Functionality - In a Wine Club's settings, the club's visibility in the default Wine Clubs page of the website can be toggled. This does not affect whether the club is active or not.
