Cancelled Memberships Report

This report provides a view of cancelled club memberships based on cancellation date.

Generating Report

Log in to WineDirect > Analytics > Reports > Clubs to generate a Cancelled Memberships Report.

Selecting View Report will open a new window, and clicking Generate Report will generate the report.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have already generated a template and wish to reuse it, click the dropdown and select the template.

Creating and Updating Filters

Prior to generating a Cancelled Memberships Report, it is possible to add and/or update filters to identify records that need to be viewed. Here is a breakdown of the currently available filters:

1. Signup Date - You can select any day/date range.

2. Cancellation Date - You can select any day/date range.

3. Last Updated Date - You can select any day/date range.

4. Credit Card Expiration Date - You can select any day/date range.

5. Membership Status - Membership Status equals or does not equal Membership Status (can choose multiple).

6. Club Name - Club Name equals or does not equal Club Name (can choose multiple).

7. Delivery Preference - Delivery Preference equals or does not equal Delivery Preference (can choose multiple).

8. Pickup Location - Pickup Location equals or does not equal Pickup Location (can choose multiple).

9. Shipping Location - Shipping Location equals or does not equal Shipping Location (can choose multiple).

Downloading Report

Once you have generated a Cancelled Memberships Report, you can find your report in the Generated Reports tab under Analytics.

Under the STATUS column, you should see a DOWNLOAD button. Click here to download the report to your local computer.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You may see Queued/Processing (the report is still processing, and you can hit the refresh button to see if it's ready) or Failed if there was an issue generating the report.
