Channel

You can view and switch between specific data points for whichever channels are available. Different channels include POS, Wine Clubs, and Websites.

Club Membership

The Club Membership chart provides a year-long timeline of your wine club signups (in pink) and cancellations (in purple). You can view the change month over month by highlighting a specific month.

Club Membership Growth Rates

Compare your average signup rate (outlined in pink), average growth rate (outlined in blue), and average attrition rate (outlined in purple) year over year (YoY) with the Club Membership Growth chart. Highlight over the year to see the % numbers.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Customizing reports and switching between Channel Reports is being designed and will be implemented in the future.
