Article Summary

Selecting 'Products' in WineDirect will show all products that have been added. Individual products can be found by using the search bar at the top of the Products page.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The symbol next to the product SKUs in the above picture indicates if a product is or is not synced with ShipCompliant, or if syncing failed. This is only visible if the ShipCompliant integration is active.

Several actions are possible from this screen:

  1. Add Product - This can be selected to create a new product to add to your store
  2. Search Bar - The search bar can be used to search for specific products or a grouping of products.
  3. Select Filters - Clicking Select Filters will produce a dropdown menu where Active or Inactive products can be viewed. Any combination of active channels can be selected as filters to view products searched.
  4. Image - This will be the default image for a product on the POS app and the website.
  5. General Information - The product's Name, SKU, Current Stock, and Regular Price will be displayed next to the image.
  6. Visibility In-Store (Status) Toggle - If a specific product is visible and available to sell within the storefront. When the toggle is grey, the product will not be visible.
  7. Channels - This indicates how many Storefront and POS Profiles the product is active and available in.
  8. Ellipsis (...) - When clicked, the following options will appear in a dropdown menu:
    1. Product Details - This will open a window where product details can be reviewed and updated.
    2. View in Store - This will open a separate window within your browser and show a preview of what the specific product will look like and how it will function within the Ecommerce website.
    3. Copy - This will open the same window as Product Details but allow for changing information and attributes. When submitted, this will create a new product. This is useful if a new product is similar to an existing one.
    4. Deactivate - This is a quick select option to make an item unsellable and not visible in the channels.
    5. Sync with ShipCompliant - Only available is ShipCompliant integration is active.
