Generated Reports

View all your generated reports through the Generated Reports page.

Generate New Report

To generate a new report, click the GENERATE NEW REPORT button, which will take you to the Reports section in the All-New WineDirect.

Column Definitions

Here are the definitions for the columns displayed for the generated reports:

• GEN.DATE - The date and time the report was generated.
• REPORT TYPE - The type of report that was generated.
• TEMPLATE NAME - If a template was used to create the report, it will be shown here.
• GENERATED REPORT NAME - The unique name of the generated report.
• AUTHOR - The internal user who generated the report.
• STATUS- The status of the generated report.
  • DOWNLOAD - complete and can be downloaded.
  • FAIL - There was an issue with generating the report.
  • IN-PROGRESS - Report is currently being generated. Click the Refresh button to update the status.
