Mandatory SendGrid Setup Steps

Once the SendGrid integration is activated within WineDirect, there are 3 action items that must be completed prior to creating an email campaign in WineDirect:

IMPORTANT NOTE: These action items are done in the SendGrid interface. Use the credentials used to activate the integration to access SendGrid at app.sendgrid.com

1. Create a Sender so that there is a verified 'Sent From' and 'Reply To' address associated with an Email Campaign. Learn More
2. Create an Unsubscribe Group. By law, those who receive Email Campaigns must have the option to opt out of receiving communications. Learn More
3. Create Dynamic Templates so that an Email Campaign within WineDirect can access templates to customize campaigns. Learn More
