Article summary

When viewing the WineDirect Orders page, there are many combinations for Order Status, Payment Status, and Fulfillment Status. Below is a detailed table that can be used to cross-reference what most combinations of statuses mean for an order.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Order statuses and Payment status can never be updated manually and are automated based on payment gateway and compliance integration responses. Fulfillment Status is the only status that can be manually updated. Some Fulfillment Statuses are automatically updated based on fulfillment integrations.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Order Notifications emails are triggered emails that can be set up to be sent to customers with any fulfillment status change.
