Article Summary

The Orders Tab of the WineDirect Dashboard provides a comprehensive and searchable visual of all customer orders. Here it is possible to view order details, print invoices, and print packing slips.

Login to the WineDirect Dashboard > Click Orders to find the order list.


Column TitleFunction
DateThis is the date that the order was processed through a checkout.
Order IDThe sequential number that the order was placed in is based on the Order Settings.
ChannelThe specific storefront where the order was placed.
Delivery MethodIndicates whether an order is to be picked up or delivered
Customer NameThe name of the customer whose profile the order is associated with.
Note: The page will be redirected to the customer's profile if the name is clicked.
P'ment (Payment) Status Payment can be in a Confirmed Status (Paid or Captured), an Awaiting Funds Status (Authorized), or a Declined status.
F'Ment (Fulfillment) StatusThe status of where the order is in the fulfillment process. More information on these statuses can be found HERE
Order StatusThe status of where an order currently is in processing. More information can be found on each status HERE.
TotalThe order total, including tax, discounts, shipping, etc.
