WSN-205 Report

To access WSN-205 Reports, Login to WineDirect  > Analytics > Reports > Shipping.

Selecting View Report will open a new window, and clicking Generate Report will generate the WSN-205 Report.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Saving custom parameters for reports is not possible. This is currently being designed and will be implemented in the future.

Creating and Updating Filters

Prior to generating a new WSN-205 report, it is possible to add and/or update filters to identify records that need to be viewed.

Creating and Saving Custom Reports

It is possible in WineDirect to create, save, and regenerate multiple custom Order Reports through a few easy steps. 

Firstly, click VIEW REPORT to be taken to the Report Customization Page.

Managing Report Columns

Once a report has been generated, selecting ACTIONS > Manage columns at the top right of the report will open a new window where any number or combination of a wide variety of data points can be added or removed to create a custom report on orders. IMPORTANT NOTE: Remember to select "Submit" after selecting the column data points to save any changes.

Generate and Save a Custom Order Report

Once the desired columns have been selected and submitted, click Generate Report at the bottom right of the Report page. The new report will populate the page, and the Generate Report button will be replaced with a Save Report button. Click this button to save the report for future analysis.

Recalling Saved Custom Order Reports

Back on the main Reports page in WineDirect, a dropdown menu will be available in the WSN-205 card. Clicking on the dropdown menu will provide any previously saved customer order report. 

Once the desired report is selected, click View Report > Generate Report, which will generate the most up-to-date analytics available.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Before selecting Generate Report, updating the report by managing columns under the ACTIONS menu is possible. 

Downloading Custom Report CSV

Selecting the "Download CSV" at the top right of the order reports page will automatically download a CSV spreadsheet file. This CSV file will be saved automatically to the user's computer.
