This report will allow you to view your club members. You can view your club members' details based on a specific date range.


Running the Report

1. Go to Reports > Club Members > Club Members

3. Adjust the dates, or click Manage Filters and Manage Reports Columns to customize your report.

4. Click Export to queue your report for download. It will be emailed to you when ready. You can also Save As or click Actions > Schedule to schedule your report to generate regularly. 

We have several parameters you can use to get the most out of your Club Members report:

ClubsSelect the Club you want to search by, or select All Clubs.
StatusSelect the Status.

(Example:  All Members/Active/Cancelled/On Hold)

Signup From DateThe date the customer sign up and where you want the report to range from.
Signup To DateThe date the customer signs up where you want the report to range to end.

Reports are exported in a CSV format.

Here are the definitions of what will populate your Club Members report:

WebsiteNameThe name of the website the club member belongs to.
ClubClub name that the customer belongs to.
Cust #Customer number of the club member.
Birth DateBirthdate of the club member. (MM/DD/YY)
First NameFirst name of the club member.
Last NameLast name of the club member.
CompanyCompany name of the club member.
AddressAddress of the club member.
Address 2The second address of the club member.
CityA city that the club member lives in.
StateState that the club member lives in. (XX) Ex: California - CA
ZipZip code/Postal of the club member.
PhonePhone number of the club member.
EmailEmail address of the club member.
ShipToOption selected for the shipping of the order. (Billing Address, Pickup, other address)
Ship Birth DateBirthdate of the customer to whom the order is being shipped. (MM/DD/YY)
Ship First NameFirst name of the customer that the order is being shipped to.
Ship Last NameLast name of the customer that the order is being shipped to.
Ship CompanyCompany name of the customer to whom the order is being shipped.
Ship AddressAddress of the customer that the order is being shipped.
Ship Address 2The second address of the customer that the order is being shipped to.
Ship CityA city that the customer lives in that the order is being shipped to.
Ship StateState that the customer lives where the order is being shipped to. (XX) Ex: California - CA
Ship Zip CodeZip code/Postal of the customer that the order is being shipped to.
Ship CountryCountry of the customer that club orders are being shipped to.
Ship PhonePhone number of the customer to whom the order is being shipped.
Ship EmailEmail address of the customer that the order is being shipped.
Shipping StrategyShipping Strategy was chosen for club membership.
Shipping TypeShipping Type is chosen for club membership.
Credit Card TypeThe type of card used for the transaction. (Visa/MasterCard/AmericanExpress/Discovery)
Credit CardThe number of the card used for the transaction. (XXXX XXXX XXXX 5454) This is encrypted; only the last four digits will be visible.
Expiry MoThe month that the card expires. (MM)
Expiry YrThe year that the card expires. (YYYY)
Name On CardName of the cardholder.
Last ProcessedDate their credit card was last processed.
PrePayIs the membership a Prepay membership? (Yes (Number of Prepay SKU)/No)
ShipmentsHow many Shipments have they received, and whether the membership is ongoing or prepaid? (Ie. 2 / 3 = Two out of three prepay shipments have been sent, 1 / Ongoing = One shipment has been sent on an ongoing membership)
Sign Up DateDate for signing up for the Club.
On Hold StartStart date of a hold if there is a hold on the membership.
On Hold EndEnd date of a hold if there is a hold on the membership.
Retain PrivilegesYes/No - Indicates if the club member still receives club discounts and promotions but does not qualify for club shipments.
Cancel DateDate of membership cancellation.
Product DiscountDiscount on products chosen for Club Processing. (This does not apply to average website orders)
Shipping DiscountDiscount on shipping chosen for Club Processing. (This does not apply to average website orders)
PickupYes/No
Pickup LocationThe location is chosen for the club member to pick up.
Pickup Location CodeLocation code of the pickup location.
Sales AssociateName of the associate that sold the membership.
Source CodeFree-form text to track club members.
GiftYes/No - Indicates if membership is a gift membership.
Gift MessageA gift message sent to the gifted recipient (appears on the packing slip)
NotesAny additional notes added to this club membership.
Cancel ReasonReason for membership cancellation.
LTV
(Lifetime Value)
The total net profit of the club member over their entire relationship with your company.



Search For Cancelled/On Hold Only Members

If you are searching for canceled or on hold only, please remember to select the appropriate status of the club members via the Status filter of the club members report.
