Article summary

The credit reports allow you to run a current balance report (Credit Summary) and a detailed Credit Transaction report to view and manage customers with credits saved on the account. The Credit Summary report lets you view all customers' start and current credit balances with credits on file.


Credit Summary

Running The Report

1. Go to Reports > Product > Credit Summary.

2. Click View to generate your results. 

3. Click Export to have your report emailed to you for download.

Below are the columns that are in the Credit Summary report. 

Customer Number

The number assigned to the customer in the admin panel.

First NameThe first name is attached to the customer's account.
Last NameThe last name is attached to the customer's account.
EmailThe email address is attached to the customer's account.
InitialThe initial credit balance was started for the customer.
BalanceThe remaining balance that the customer has on file.



Credit Transactions

Running The Report

1. Go to Reports > Product > Credit Transactions.

2. Enter the date range you wish to report on.

3. Click View to generate your results. 

4. Click Export to have your report emailed to you for download.

Below are the columns that are in the Credit Transactions report.

DateThe date that the credit transaction took place.
Customer Number

The number assigned to the customer in the admin panel.

NameThe combined first & last names are attached to the customer's account.
EmailThe email address is attached to the customer's account.
Order Number

The Order Number will populate here if an order is created for the transaction.

*Manual transactions through the Manage Credits section within a customer account will not include an Order Number.

NotesAny notes an admin user adds when creating a manual credit transaction under the Manage Credits section within a customer account.
AmountThe dollar amount for the credit transaction, either positive or negative.
