What are the pricing tiers?

How long is the contract?

It's month-to-month. Cancel anytime.

Is there a per-transaction or percentage of the winery sales fee?

Based on their pricing plan, US wineries pay a low monthly fee plus 1-2% of monthly sales. If you make more than $4 million in annual sales, we'll work with you to develop a custom quote. 

Is technical or customer support included?

Yes! All clients can access our support team via phone and email seven days a week, plus our extensive Documentation site to find how-to guides, videos, and more. 

Support packages for wineries on DTC plans are tailored to your business level and included in your pricing. You have the option to upgrade your support plan as well. 

What payment gateway(s) can I use?

Please use our fully integrated payments solution, WineDirect Payments, in the US and Canada. In Australia, we are combined with eWay.

How do I change or cancel my plan?

Reach out to us to discuss your options.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You own the data, period. You can export your data anytime (the WineDirect team will assist with sensitive data (i.e., credit cards).

Can I pay by check?

No. We accept payments by credit card or ACH.

Are you PCI Compliant?

Absolutely! Security is critical to us. We're PCI DSS compliant, so your data and customer info are ultra-secure.

What is a Webservice?

It's a way for a 3rd party system to connect to WineDirect to send/receive data (i.e., a 3rd party POS system could click on WineDirect through web services to grab orders, clubs, contacts, etc.).
