The Contact Types section allows you to manage which Contact Types an individual is tagged with manually. Check or uncheck the boxes next to a Contact Type to add or remove an individual from this Contact Type. Please visit the Contact Type documentation for information on working with Contact Types.

1. Navigate to Contacts and locate the customer account you wish to edit.

2. Go to Contact Properties > Manage Contact Types.

3. Click Edit.

4. Check or uncheck the contact types you want to add or remove for the customer.
