The order email tab resends order information and tracking information to the customer.
1. To send the order confirmation email to the customer, check the box and click Process.
2. At other times, once you have added a tracking number to the order, you can also send the Tracking Email to your customer. Check the box and click Process.
If the customer misses the order confirmation email, it can be resent through the Customer's Profile Email tab.
Order tracking emails are not sent out automatically when a tracking number is manually added to an order. You must select 'Resend Order Tracking Info Email to Customer' if you want that email sent out.
