What are plan tiers eligible for WineDirect Payments?

Our integrated payments solution is available to all Lite, Plus, and Enterprise clients in the US and Canada.

Is WineDirect Payments part of my existing ecommerce plan?

WineDirect Payments is billed separately from your WineDirect Lite, Plus, Ecommerce, or POS plan, and you'll need to go through an additional application step to get fully up and running. 

How long does it take to get started?

We can set you up with WineDirect Payments in 1-3 business days.

Who is the team behind WineDirect Payments?

WineDirect Payments is powered by Change Merchant Solutions (CMS), a leader in the payments business since 2006 and a WineDirect preferred partner since 2012. They support hundreds of wineries on our platform and have proven to be a trusted payments provider with excellent service and competitive rates. I'm currently a Change Merchant Solutions (CMS) client. How does this affect me?

As an existing WineDirect and CMS client, you already realize the benefits of this partnership.

Nothing is changing about your service or pricing. Please note that your billing and other documents now say "WineDirect Payments" instead of "Change Merchant Solutions." 

You can also look forward to more streamlined customer service and exclusive new features, including the EMV card reader.

I don't want to make a change. Can I continue to use my existing payment provider?

WineDirect Payments is our preferred payment solution as it is fully integrated with all our products and services and offers exclusive access to features, including the EMV card reader. 

In early 2020, we will be moving away from supporting multiple payment gateways to put more resources behind WineDirect Payments -- all to provide you with the best experience possible, from superior service to advanced security and functionality.

What if I am in a contract with an existing gateway provider?

 Often you can cancel your service with your existing provider without penalty. In the rare cases that your current provider wants to charge you a cancellation fee, the savings you will experience with WineDirect Payments usually exceed any cancellation fee in a few months.
