Who can take advantage of this offer?

This offer is available to US and Canadian wineries that are not already RedChirp customers. WineDirect Ecommerce clients can begin effective October 3, 2023, and Fulfillment Services clients effective October 16, 2023. Priority onboarding will be given to clients who were actively using WineDirect’s SMS services when they were discontinued in September 2023, and are not already subscribed to RedChirp.

What is WineDirect paying for?

WineDirect will cover all the one-time setup fees. 10DLC regulations require every brand to register and pass vetting by the major telephone carriers. RedChirp will handle this for you, and WineDirect will cover the one-time registration and vetting fees. You’ll see a credit for these on your first invoice.

WineDirect will also cover the first three months of your RedChirp subscription. You’ll see a credit for your subscription on your invoices.

Each RedChirp plan includes a certain number of users, SMS, and MMS monthly. Wineries will be responsible for additional usage, taxes, and fees. View an analysis of average additional message fees actually paid by current RedChirp customers here.


How long is it available?

Participating wineries must sign up for RedChirp by 12/31/2023; this includes supplying some business info and completing the “welcome screen” which takes about 20 minutes.

Wineries can choose their training/launch date and time. RedChirp access and fees do not begin until this date. You must launch by 1/31/2024 to qualify for this offer.


Are there different RedChirp plans for different sizes and needs?

Wineries can choose the RedChirp plan that fits the size and needs of their business. You’re not locked into anything and can change plans or cancel RedChirp anytime.


How will I learn how to use RedChirp?

RedChirp is invested in helping you achieve the full potential of text messaging. The RedChirp team will train your users at launch; unlimited support is always included.


How long will it take to get started?

RedChirp sets up new customers on a first-come, first-served basis. 10DLC regulations require every brand to register and pass vetting by the major telephone carriers. RedChirp will handle this process for you and has been able to get all their customers approved. The vetting process typically takes about 10 business days but can vary with demand and is outside of RedChirp’s control.

The average time between signing up and launching is two weeks. Because of the personal attention given to each customer, signup volume can affect the availability of training/launch times. RedChirp anticipates a waiting list during OND, so sign up early if you’re anxious to begin.
