WineDirect Policies & Procedures

We want to welcome you to the WineDirect family officially.  We are truly thrilled to have the opportunity to have you as a partner.  Once completing the launch steps, you will have a designated Account Manager and Account Coordinator.  Your Coordinator is your day-to-day contact for all order and fulfillment needs.  Coordinators are available Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (PST).
