Release Weather Holds

A client can release weather holds at either an order-level or a state level, or any size in between.  

To release orders at a State level:

• Select the account, fulfilled from and state and press Search.
  • Please note, if no state is selected, the full weather hold list will populate.
• The client can then select one or more orders/states to release from weather hold:
  

Once the client has selected the desired states/orders in which to release, they will need to follow the prompts to confirm the number of selected states. 

To Release orders at an Order level:

• The client can either follow the above prompt, or search for the order based on the order number and within the order details of that order locate the RELEASE button beside the HOLD:

Clicking this button will automatically release the order, and if the order is release prior to 1pm with no other associated holds, it will ship the same-day.
