The templates sub-chapter lists the email communication templates for email to be sent to customers when two actions are triggered:

• Shipping Confirmation
• Shipping Exceptions

These email templates are optional for clients to use if the client is already utilizing an outside email communication with their consumers.  Configuration these exception and shipment emails are a beneficial way to stay consistent in communication with all customers.
