We have expanded our white glove partnerships with VineVault, which means your customers may now enjoy white glove and fully temperature-controlled delivery service in even more markets that before. 

This premium concierge-style service will be available for your customers in over 9,000 zip codes in 19 different states. As your packages will be kept in temperature-controlled conditions throughout their entire transit to your customer’s doorstep, there's no need for CoolPacks or EcoCoolPacks to be SKU’d on your order! Plus, our partnership means you'll benefit from competitive rates, with a flat per-container fee of:

• $115 per package (container) for all markets

Orders shipping via VineVault are due:

• Central Coast - Thursdays @ 1:00pm PST with no orders holds and will ship weekly on Fridays.
• Napa Valley - Thursdays @ 1:00pm PST with no orders holds and will ship weekly on Fridays.
• Willamette Valley - Mondays @ 1:00pm PST with no order holds and will ship weekly on Tuesdays.

During low volume times, delivery windows can be extended up to 30 days as the carrier accumulates shipments to a specific destination area. Regardless of volume, orders will be delivered no later than the 30-day mark as arranged by VineVault and the recipient.

*Please note VVR is not a shipping carrier option offered by our Glenwillow, Ohio facility at this time.
