Weather Holds

The Weather Hold management tool is a function that allows the user to configure and hold states based on a set of parameters.  The client has full control over the states that are configured, the date in which orders stop shipping to that state, the date in which orders start shipping once again to that state and if the state will include any usage of coolpacks. 

There are two steps to utilizing the Weather Hold feature.  Each heading below directs the user to the step-by-step article:

• Configure Weather Holds
  • Manage weather hold settings for each state that you ship to. 
• Release Weather Holds
  • Select specific orders from the list and click the Release button to remove the weather hold from the order and send it to fulfillment.
