Article summary

The admin panel's inventory (Store > Inventory) section is a convenient way to manage all of the Inventory for your products. This is a master list of all products that use Inventory and each product's current count in each pool. You can also transfer Inventory from one pool to another from this section.


Search For A SKU

1. Go to Store > Inventory.

2. In the search bar, enter the SKU you are looking for and click Search.

3. The page will reload and display the product you were searching for and the current inventory count in each pool.

Advanced Search Options

Additional search options are available for searches by Product Name, Inventory Pool, Brand, etc. Click the Advanced menu below the search bar to expand this menu.


Edit Inventory

Here is a table of definitions for all of the editable properties for Inventory:

Product Uses InventoryIf the product uses Inventory. Yes or No.
Current InventoryThe current inventory quantity.
Change InventoryMake a change to the current Inventory.
Leave Inventory As IsLeave the inventory quantity the way it is.
Adjust InventoryAdd or Subtract X amount from the Inventory. You can also leave a note in the Notes field regarding the adjustment.
Reset Inventory To Specific NumberReset the inventory quantity to a specific quantity.
Transfer InventoryTransfer inventory quantity from one pool to the pool you are in. You can also leave a note in the Notes field regarding the transfer.
Product Uses Default Inventory SettingsDoes the product use the default inventory settings? Yes or No.
Stock OptionAppears when Product Uses Default Inventory Settings is set to No. Deactivate Product, Back Order, and Display Message, or Don't Sell And Display Message.
Stock MessageAppears when Product Uses Default Inventory Settings is set to No—free-form text option to include an Out of Stock Message to the customer.
Display Quantities Left AtAppears when Product Uses Default Inventory Settings is set to No. Once inventory quantities deplete to the specified amount, they will be shown on your website with the product. 
Email Notification AtAppears when Product Uses Default Inventory Settings is set to No. A notification email will be sent to an admin user when the inventory quantities reach the specified amount.
Email Notification ToAppears when Product Uses Default Inventory Settings is set to No. The email address for the recipient to receive email notifications when inventory quantities have reached the specified amount listed above.
