The order status tab is where admin users can go to complete or cancel an order.
Completing an Order
Orders can be completed if they have a 'submitted' status. You will also have the option to send a confirmation email to the customer from this screen. The order confirmation email checkbox is unchecked by default, as order confirmation emails are sent automatically when a website order is submitted.
Cancel Order
To cancel an order, follow the information on the order cancellation page.
