The Shipping Rate Exporter allows you to easily export a listing of your shipping rate data and move it to another site or use it to update strategies for annual rate increases. Please read the following text to learn more about the Shipping Rate Exporter tool.
Export Your Shipping Rates
1. Navigate to Settings > Import/Export
2. From the drop-down menu, select Shipping Rate Exporter
3. Click Export
4. Once the export has finished, click Download File.
Shipping Rate Exporter exports in the same Excel format that the Shipping Rate Importer uses to create shipping strategies, allowing for easy export & import.
All of your shipping strategies will be exported into one sheet. Suppose you only wish to import one design from the export. In that case, you must either remove all other strategy data from your import sheet or copy and paste the specific strategy data you wish to import into a separate Excel sheet.
While shipping zone names are exported, the states/provinces assigned to each zone are not. If you are using your export to create another shipping strategy, you must set the correct states/provinces for each site after importing under the Shipping Zones section for the system.
